Login or Register to make a submission.

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • Each manuscript should be between 5000-6000 words including reference.
Leave margins of at least 1 in. (2.54 cm) at the top, bottom, left and right every page.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • It is important to write a manuscript in a scholarly way which includes correct scientific English before submission. MOJES highly recommends that non-native speakers of English have manuscripts proofread by a copy editor before submission.
  • Authors are required to recommend 3 qualified reviewers for the peer review process. Adhering to the following guidelines will help to avoid delays. Authors should be prepared to provide the first and last names, institutions, and email addresses of the potential reviewers who are experts in the field. Potential reviewers should not be from any of the authors' institutions. Authors should take care not to recommend reviewers that have a real or perceived conflict of interest (e.g., a collaborator or someone who has recently published with one of the authors). When a manuscript is returned to the authors for revision, the authors should address the specific recommendations of the reviewers and justify any suggestions that have been disregarded. The revised manuscript should be returned promptly.
  • The similarity of article should be less than 15% of similarity. Please send together the copy of the similarity report with your manuscript submission.

GUIDELINES

MOJES accepts research-based and reviewed-articles for publication. The article should be original, unpublished, and not considered for publication elsewhere at the time of submission. All submission should be double-blind reviewed by reviewers with expertise in the relevant areas from editorial board.  However, if work described in conference proceedings is substantially revised and extended, it will be considered. All submission process is free of charge.

Submission File(s) Formats

There are two types of files: main manuscript and artwork files. See below for the examples of acceptable submission files.  Link all files from the Main Manuscript and embed the graphics in this document. Also, ALL files should be sent separately with names matching those in the Main Manuscript. Do NOT submit compressed files.

Main manuscript (Primary submission document) should be submitted in word format- Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) (see sample article). Do not use any word processing options/tools, such as--strike through, hidden text, comments, merges, and so forth. Due to the academic focus of this publication, the use of personal pronoun (I, we, etc.) and present tense is strongly discouraged.

Artwork includes tables, figures, appendices and videos. . Tables and Figures with BMP, GIF and JPEG (JPG) formats are preferred. Authors should supply separate figures in one of these formats besides embedding them at appropriate places in text. The details for acceptable submission format are stated in style guidelines.

Submission procedures

All manuscripts are acknowledged upon receipt via email. Review is carried out as promptly as possible. All submission must be sent to via website. Any submission through email will not be entertained.  A format which best preserves the "document look" is preferred. Preferred formats of submission are word documents and RTF, not in PDF and other non-editable formats.
